Development of Privacy Notices

The Privacy Notice is a document generated by the individual (professional, doctor, consultant, etc.) or entity (company or private business) responsible for the collection and proper treatment of personal data should be made available to the holder of data.

Do I have to create privacy notice?

No matter the rotation of your company or if you are a person or entity. If you collect customers' personal data for use in your business as a company or business, you are required to generate the privacy notice.

What if I have no Privacy Notice?

IFAI established that effective July 6, 2011, any person or entity to collect information from their customers must have notice or may be subject to a fine between 100 and 320.000 days of minimum wage.
